Since Wade's b-day was coming up in a couple weeks but he would be home....we decided to celebrate it early together! We went bowling and then went home and had a cookie cake. They kids had a blast....and secretly so did we!!

Puppy Love......doubtful

Well...normally we don't take Kassie to TX with us....but it so hard to ask friends to watch her for 9 days...even though I know they would. So we have taken her the past 2 times...and each time my brother has had his puppy there. Being a puppy she is tad obnoxious....and Kassie's patience is put to the test. Amazingly it only took two days for her to warm up to Zeta and "allow" her to sleep in her bed. haha!

Well....we went to TX for Spring Break an it was nice. The four little cousins were together again and had fun playing together as usual. Since they wouldn't be there together for Easter....we decided to do a little pre-hunt. They had fun....it was Konner's first hunt.....took him a minute to get the hang of it. When he found an egg...he wanted to sit there open it and eat it right then. Needless to say he got the least amount of eggs :o)

Art's Sports World

We went to a playgroup at Art's Sportsworld the other day. It was utter chaios, crowded....but the kids seemed to have fun!

It was fun feeding the giraffes their "giraffe biscuits". Their tongues are insanely long.

Well it was really nice weather last week and we couldn't help but take advantage of it. We have season tickets but haven't had a chance to take advantage of it!

Kenna came down from a nap dressed from head to toe....all matching! I was pretty impressed. Since it was the beginning of February she was having some serious wishful thinking to assume she could wear it outside!!

You never know where your gonna find Konner!

Well.....as much as I try to keep my eyes on this child....he inevitably escapes. Twice this week....I have had a heart attack when the door bell has rang....and there standing is a strange man (different man each time) there holding Konner. The first time he figured out how to open the back gate and was running around in the front. I immediately went to the store for a lock. 2nd time I accidentally left the front door unlocked and he busted out the front and was running around on our BUSY street! I ran down to a man telling me how lucky I was....(yeah thanks...as if I didn't know). He had chased him down and brought him back. UGH! There is no room for error with him. This day...I was looking for him and found him in the garage....where he had brought snack, found a pillow and made himself comfortable! haha! What a boy.

Playhouse Disney Live!

Well Kenna and I headed off for Denver last night and went to Playhouse Disney Live! We had a lot of fun together....and after a 3 month nap strike...she fell asleep on the way home! Must have worn her out! We had front row....center stage tickets....can't get much better than that!!

School Here We Come!

So Kenna starts school this week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I can't help but feeling oddly guilty for sending her. I feel like maybe she should be with me, or maybe we shouldn't spend the money yet....but regardless we are gonna give it a try and see if this is the school we want to send her to next year also. It is called St. Stephen's Classical Academy. Kenna is super excited and I hope that continues after her first day of school (I will give an update tomorrow!!)
