Happy Father's Day Sweetie!
We wish Keith was here for Father's Day....this is his 2nd one in a row to miss....last year he was in Iraq. So for his gift I have been working on making a movie/slideshow of the kids. So here are a few of the pics included on the slideshow. It turned out really cute!!

Poor baby has been so tired lately....he must be going through a growth spurt. We came home from the store and I put him on the ground so I could turn off our alarm.....and came back around the corner to see him asleep :o) How sweet.

Well.....Keith left about 6 days ago for training in Alabama......for 6 weeks. It is going alot better than it did when he left for Iraq last summer I can tell you that for sure! It makes a big difference when the kids are older....mine are only 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 but it make soooo much of a difference. One big difference is that Kenna can verbalize a lot more this time.....and she gets on the phone and tells Keith she wants him to come home. Little does she know she has a long way to go :o( I put the phone up to Konner's ear and Keith started talking to him.....he lit up.....said Hi, backed away from the phone, looked at it and then leaned over and gave it a big smooch. It was the sweetest thing ever. If only I could get those smooches!! Haha! No.....it was super sweet. We are staying busy and trying to make the time go by faster. My mom should be coming to visit toward the end of Keith's leave. I am singing in a 4th of July "Freedom Celebration" and need her to help me with the kids so I can sing :o)

Konner once again can not stand or sit any where that you are "suppose too.....so I caught him sitting in one of the drawers of our entertainment center. Won't be long before his tooshy won't fit into it anymore! haha!

Well on Memorial Day we went to our 2nd Sky Sox baseball game. It was pretty fun, the kids love it and we won! Yeah! I was questioning whether or not we should go at all....since it started at 12:45pm and the kids normally nap between 1-2:30.....so I wasn't sure they would make it. Konner didn't make it and napped for 45 minutes during the game. All together though it was fun. Kenna got to take pics with the Sky Sox Fox (or Swyper as she calls him .....from Dora the Explorer....she thinks he looks like that fox! ha!)

My mom was having picture withdrawels so I took some pics of Konner playing. I told him to smile and say cheese and this silly grin is what he kept giving me.

Thanks to President Bush and the economic stimulus check.....we now have a new dining table!! We got it at Oak Express....and the leaves come out to make it a bigger round table instead of square.

The other day.....Kenna and I were sitting in the middle of the floor.....and she took a book....turned it around....and started reading it to me just like a teacher. She said...."Children, look at the puppies, Children look at this and that...." it was too cute. She would turn the pages and look at it from upside down like a professional! That's my girl!

The other night I went to a mom's night out for a pajama bunko and it was a lot of fun! I of course could not go half way.....so i dressed up in my pj's and put curlers and a facial mask on. If there had been an award given out that night....I would have won!
(I didn't take a pic with the mask on....after leaving it on for an hour....I was afraid that the suggested 1 minute on the box.....would burn my face if I left it on longer!!!

I knew when I woke up this morning and walked into Konner's room.....and saw this.....I knew the day was gonna be interesting. Poor guy either was either having serious stomach issues or bad teething diarreah.....either way this started 3 days of it!! Sorry if I grossed ya'll out!! haha!
It was jsut so disgusting I had to take a picture before I cleaned it all up!

The Wiggles!

Well Kenna and I went to go see the Wiggles in Denver several weeks ago. It was alot of fun....after we were finished being lost and I found the place!!! It was crazy seeing the Wiggles in person! I loved it. We had made posters ......one that said "Kenna loves the Wiggles" a big bone that said "Wags" and a big Rose for Dorothy! We held up the wiggles one at the beginning and end....and they said her name from the stage two times....and how much Kenna loved the wiggles and they loved her! It was crazy....the signs worked and Kenna just lit up. She was a little star struck the whole time......kinda of in awe. She kind of sat there with her mouth open and only perked up....and got up to dance at "Can you point your fingers and do the twist?" song. It was cute. Murray came right up to us...and that was cool.

The other night I was trying to get Kenna to bed and she was not in any hurry as usual. She minds very well.....but like most children are not totally excited about going to be when there are all sorts of things to be done or played with!! Well.....she was on top of a chair......and I wanted her to get down....quickly.....and she wanted to slowly do it herself. So....I said ok get down by yourself and gave her a very serious look like "you better hurry" kind of look. She inocently looked up at me and said very sweetly "Mom, what's your problems? I had to do everything to keep from busting up laughing at my two year old. I said....my problem is you moving slowly. I had to lighten up after that.

Finding Nemo On Ice

Well Kenna and I went to see Finding Nemo on ice and we had a blast! I wish Keith and Konner had been able to be there.....but not real sure Konner would have been able to handle sitting still. Kenna loved Nemo and was mesmerized the entire time. We both have the movie memorized.....so it was fun to anticipate everything.....she still talks about it! Another wonderful thing is that we had FRONT row seats! First I have ever had front row seats for anything....I think!

it's been a while....

What a sweet boy.....and a BUSY boy. It is hard to catch this kid still unless he is trying to balance on something!!!!
Kenna and her best buddy McKenzie.....they love playing together! They get along so well....and so do I and her mom! Love good friends!
The kids have been having lots of fun in our huge sand box....pit thing. It is good messy sandy fun.
